The Good Water‘s fuzz fuelled guitar riffs, raw vintage organs and hypnotic drum beats, lay the foundations for their own unique style of psychedelic, indie, pop.
Since forming in 2015, the lads quickly picked up local support from Brum Radio and gained fans at raucous shows around the Midlands. They blew audiences away supporting Mercury Rev, Super Fury Animals and Bill Ryder-Jones. The trio’s brand of psychedelic rock grooves, phased analogue delay, and fuzzed up guitar riffs, is streamlined into tight retro-pop framework.
Press has also been quick to spot their singles with rave reviews from tastemaker blogs and magazines. The bands singles have been strongly supported by Steve Lamacq and his 6 Music team. Their singles have also secured plays from Radcliffe & Maconie and Tom Robinson on 6 Music, and Janice Long on BBC Radio 2.
“If you like old school 60’s psych, bands like The Coral, you’ll love this.” – Steve Lamacq BBC 6 Music
